Our consulting services will be as involved as your business wants! We do require one unannounced day of observation at your facility. Following the observation, we will hold a meeting for you to discuss our conclusion drawn from our observation. We will have an open discussion about your company goals and areas of improvement at this time as well. We will then hold a second meeting to discuss the Action Plan. During this meeting we can discuss how we can help, and you can decide which "BarkCode" works best for you!
